VCA Group Training is designed for larger groups of individuals or teams, no matter where they are located. Group training is tailored to meet the needs of the group (i.e.. Administrative aspects would be taught to administrative professionals, while general software training would be taught to those using the software regularly).
Live in-person sessions are available as single or multi-day trainings. Our curriculum can be custom tailored to meet the needs of the group. We cover basic claims software for the general users, administrative aspects to the administrative professionals, and we teach you how to automate and improve your internal processes, best practices for business workflow and claims processes and procedures.
