None of these addresses needs a formal introduction or a cover letter. What they do need is enough of the question to act on, and each route below wants something different.
PROGRAMS, RFPS, AND CONNECTIVITY
The Sales Address
Name the kind of organization, the lines of business the program covers, and roughly how many claims a year run through it. For a connection, name the system, what it holds, and which way the data needs to move.
- Public entities, government programs and law firms that handle claims for clients tend to start with a conversation rather than a demo, and this is the address for it.
SECURITY AND VENDOR REVIEW
Questionnaires and Vendor-Risk Reviews
Send the questionnaire itself, the framework it follows, and the date your review has to close. Send it from your security or vendor-risk team, and say what the review covers.
- The security page answers much of a standard questionnaire already, and marks the items that get settled inside your review rather than published.
- VCA's SOC 2 Type 2 report is shared under NDA. Ask for it in the same message.
ALREADY A CLIENT
The Client Address
If you are already running on VCA, this is the door. Say what you were trying to do, which claim or which program it happened on, and who else it affects, so the question arrives with the context attached rather than in the second message.
- Training questions travel better with the role attached: what that person does on a claim, not only what they could not find.

VCA works out of two offices, one in Scottsdale, Arizona and one in Bolton, Ontario, which is worth knowing before you propose a time.

Scottsdale, Arizona. In the Phoenix metro. Arizona does not observe daylight saving, so it sits on Mountain time all year.

How do we reach VCA sales?

Can we get answers without starting a sales conversation?
A good deal of them, yes. The pricing page publishes the inputs that set a quote, the implementation page publishes the deployment bands and the phases, and the security page publishes what a vendor-risk review asks. Read those first and write only about what is left.
Is VCA a software company or a claims services company?
A software company. VCA builds claims management software and nothing else: no adjusting arm, no TPA division, no claims services business. The claims depth comes from the work itself: VCA ClaimsCore was built from the claim up, by an adjuster, for the people who work the claim.
Who do we write to about connecting VCA to a system we already run?
