Which client organizations renewed and expanded on the public record, and the rules every piece of evidence on that page is published under.
News
Client renewals and an expansion, the SOC 1 and SOC 2 Type 2 reports, the Vitesse payments partnership, a product launch, and a leadership appointment, each published as a release.

USING THIS LIBRARY
Written to Be Used on Every Vendor, Not Just This One
The buying guide names no vendor until its closing section, VCA included, so the criteria survive being pointed at whoever else is on your list. The client stories name their own sources, and a story without a published figure says so in the place the number would have gone.
BEFORE YOU SPEND AN AFTERNOON HERE
VCA ClaimsCore is built for claims operations that need to be live in weeks, beside the policy system they already run. A multi-year core replacement is a different purchase, and this library is written for the first kind.
Questions About the Library
Which of these should I read first?
Start with the buying guide if you are writing criteria or an RFP, because it decides what gets judged before any vendor shows you anything. If a managing agent asks you to evidence Lloyd's Principle 4, read the white-paper series on it next: Part 1 reads in full here, and Parts 2 and 3 come with the full paper. Read the client stories last, once you know what you are looking for, and start with the one whose operation looks most like yours.
Can I use the buying guide as the spine of an RFP?
Yes, that is what it is written for. The criteria are stated as questions you can put to any vendor. Take them, drop the ones that do not apply to your operation, and send the rest to everyone on your list.
Does VCA publish where AI should not be used in a claim?
Yes. The AI page states where the line falls between what the software does and what the claims professional decides, and then goes capability by capability.
Bring us a claim where the promise was hard to keep
Once you know what you are judging, bring it. We work one of your own claim scenarios through the system instead of running a scripted demo.
