VCA Software Names Rob Ogle Director of Client Services, Strengthening Client Partnerships

SCOTTSDALE, AZ – June 11, 2025 – VCA Software, a trusted partner in end-to-end claims management, is pleased to announce the appointment of Rob Ogle as Director of Client Services. In this role, Rob will lead VCA’s client engagement strategy, working alongside our team to provide practical, responsive support and help every partner navigate the evolving claims landscape with confidence. 

Rob brings more than two decades of insurance and technology leadership to VCA Software. Since joining VCA as Sales Director in 2023, Rob has played a key role in expanding the company’s footprint in the insurance claims market, helping clients adapt quickly and efficiently to new challenges. His deep expertise in customer engagement and operational excellence, honed over 12 years at BriteCore as Vice President of Customer Success and Support, makes him uniquely equipped to champion VCA’s commitment to client success.
