ENTERPRISE CLAIMS MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE
Enterprise Claims Management Beside the Systems You Run
VCA ClaimsCore is the claims layer for an enterprise claims operation: configured to how your claims move, connected to the finance and data systems you already run, and live in weeks, not years.

An enterprise claims platform is chosen by more than the claims desk. IT, security, finance and data teams each ask where the claims data lives, who can change it, and how it reaches the systems they already run.

Questions Enterprise Claims Teams Ask
What is enterprise claims management software?
Claims software built for a large or multi-entity claims operation: workflows and permissions configured to the organization, a record of every action on each claim, reporting across programs and offices, and connections to the finance, policy and data systems already in place. On VCA it is VCA ClaimsCore, run beside those systems, with add-ons such as VCA Insights and DataBridge.
Does VCA replace our core systems?
No. VCA is built for claims operations that need to be live in weeks, beside the policy system they already run, at a fraction of the cost of a core replacement. A multi-year core replacement is a different purchase.
How long does an enterprise deployment take?
An Enterprise License deployment of VCA ClaimsCore, customized to your organization, takes 8 to 16 weeks. A carrier plans on the Carrier License: 12 weeks to 6 months. Both start with discovery: VCA maps intake sources, assignment rules, authority levels, reporting obligations and the handoffs between teams before anything is configured.
Which lines of business does VCA support?
Every property and casualty line of business: personal and commercial lines, casualty, property, specialty and in-house programs. Not workers' compensation or health benefits claims.
What should an enterprise get in writing from a claims software vendor?
Uptime, support response times, backup cadence and service credits, and how your claims data is returned at the end of the agreement: its format, timeline and cost. Ask every vendor on your shortlist the same questions.
