VCA Software and Vitesse Announce Strategic Partnership to Connect Claims Management and Insurance Payments
September 16, 2026 – VCA Software, which has supported claims teams for over 20 years across the UK, US, Canada, and Australia, has partnered with Vitesse, the financial infrastructure connecting the global insurance ecosystem.
The two companies worked closely to build this integration, aligning on how each platform’s workflow should adapt to support their shared customers. By connecting VCA Software’s claims workflow with Vitesse’s payments and treasury platform, the integration helps carriers, MGAs, and TPAs improve the process between the point a payment is approved and the point it reaches the insured, the claimant, or the vendor being paid.
“This was a true problem-solving partnership, not a case of two systems simply plugging into each other,” said Ilda Cairns, Chief Product Officer at VCA Software. “We made decisions together about how to optimize the workflow. Before the integration, the process from approval to payment required 12 to 18 minutes of manual work, including re-keying payment details between systems and updating VCA once the payment was issued. That’s time we’ve now given back, so our joint customers spend less time on re-keying and more time on the work that actually needs their judgment.”
For VCA Software’s clients, the integration means claims can move from approval to payout within a single workflow. For clients operating under Lloyd’s delegated authority, it also means payment controls now carry through automatically, rather than requiring manual re-entry.
