CLIENT RESULTS

Proof You Can Check Yourself

Any vendor can write its own marketing. A renewal or an expansion is a decision a client makes in public, and a figure means more when you know which operation it came from. Here is the record, sorted by the kind of operation you run.

FLEET CLAIMS MANAGEMENT

Unity Claims

NAMED

45 to 10 minutesSlashing a 45-Minute Process to 10 Minutes

Unity Claims partnered with VCA Software in 2017 to manage claims for an enterprise level fleet client.

“Once we saw the assessment, we knew we had to upgrade. It was shocking to see the cost of all the time we were wasting.”

Shane Hunter, Unity

SURETY CARRIER

Western Surety Company

NAMED

They found what they were looking for in VCA Software. No figure published

Western Surety Company was in search of a new claims management system that could provide cutting-edge capabilities without the difficulty of upgrading a legacy system. To make matters more complicated, they also needed a system that could adapt to the surety market. They found what they were looking for in VCA Software.

“All the stuff that VCA does off the shelf is what we would have needed to build in another platform.”

James Toothill, Chief Claims Manager

SELF-INSURED OPERATION

A national telecommunications company

NOT NAMED

The new claims system needed to be implemented before the legacy system failed, and no one knew when that might happen. Time was of the essence. Fortunately, the VCA Software implementation only took about three months from start to finish. No figure published

When a legacy system is unsupported, it can become a ticking time bomb. A national telecommunications company found itself in this situation.

No client statement is published.

HOW THESE WERE GRADED

  1. Named Where the Relationship Is PublicEvery client named in these stories has a public reference to its work on VCA.
  2. Figures Only From a Published Case StudyA number appears only where a case study of that operation publishes it, in the words the source uses.
  3. Described Where Nothing Is PublicTwo operations have no public reference, so their stories describe the operation instead of naming it.

TENURE

How long do clients stay?

Multiple client relationships are longer than ten years.

Operations stay for the same three reasons they chose VCA.

  • Depth of Claims ExpertiseAn adjuster built VCA around the claim, and VCA knows claims from every seat it works with. Why VCA →
  • Speed of ImplementationDiscovery first, then live in weeks, not years, so nobody carries a migration through two renewal cycles. How Implementation Works →
  • Capital EfficiencyThe claims layer beside the systems you already run, at a fraction of the cost of a core replacement. How Pricing Works →

WHAT IS NOT ON THIS PAGE

No ROI Multiple, No Payback Period

Neither appears on this page, because neither traces to a case study of a client's own operation. A proof page is easy to pad, so hold every vendor to the same test, VCA included.

Where VCA Is Not a FitSecurity and Credentials →

TAKE THIS TO ANY VENDOR

Four questions separate a result from a claim. Whose document is the figure from? Which operation produced it? Is the client named, or is there a stated reason it is not? And will the vendor put you on a call with that client?

Ask them here first.

Questions About the Evidence

Why do some of these stories publish no figure?

Because VCA publishes a figure only where a case study of that client's operation carries it. Where none exists, the story says so in the place the number would have gone.

Is VCA a fit for an operation like mine?

VCA serves Tier 3 to 5 and specialty carriers, MGAs, programs and brokers, third-party administrators, independent adjusting firms, captives and self-insured organizations, public entities and government claims operations, and law firms that handle claims for clients. In the Lloyd's market, it serves syndicates and their managing agents, coverholders, Lloyd's brokers, and delegated claims administrators (DCAs). It supports every property and casualty line of business (not workers' compensation or health benefits claims), and it is built for operations that need to be live in weeks, beside the policy system they already run.

How quickly does a claims operation go live on VCA?

Every VCA implementation starts with discovery: VCA maps how your claims actually move before anything is configured. Standard License deployments then go live in 3 to 4 weeks, Enterprise License deployments run 8 to 16 weeks, and Carrier License deployments run 12 weeks to 6 months.

Where can I read the full stories?

Each story reads in full at its own address, with no form in the way. The case studies index links all ten, each story page states what its source reports and what it does not, and each has a two-page PDF to forward.
